Mentorship Program FAQ
How does it work?
Enrolling in this program allows you to complete a comprehensive Mentorship Needs Assessment. We use this information to determine how to best help you reach your goals and to match you with a mentor who would be the best fit for you. Following this, upload your resume to allow us to do a little more digging into your background so we can really understand what your career trajectory has been. Next it's time to schedule your first mentorship meeting using our seamless scheduling service.
In the days leading up to your first meeting, you will be matched with a mentor who is best suited to help you accomplish your goals. Keep an eye on your email as your mentor will soon make their introduction.
When it's time for your meeting, simply join the video chat through our portal or by clicking the zoom link in the email confirmations. You're mentor will be there waiting and ready to help you accomplish your dreams!

Should I schedule all 3 meetings now?
You absolutely can, if this is what works best for you. However, we recommend scheduling one meeting at a time, as your mentor may make recommendations as to a timeframe for your next meeting, depending on the goal of your mentorship. This allows your mentor to be present for you while you embark on the journey towards your goal.
The cost is a big investment for me. Is it worth it?
Absolutely. Investing in mentorship is an investment in your career growth and long-term success. Our program is designed to offer more than just advice—it provides a community ready to support you with personalized, actionable strategies to help you navigate challenges, advance your career, and achieve your goals. Our mentors are seasoned experts with a wealth of real-world experience that can help you open doors to new opportunities.
What happens after the three sessions?
Part of mentorship is the relationship and bond that forms between a mentor and mentee. Your mentor is invested in your success beyond this program and that relationship will never conclude just because you've completed your program. Additionally, the EchoMentor Community Space can be an incredible source of support and ideas. If you do desire booking additional sessions in the future, our customer service team can assist with that by emailing contact@echomentor.com.
